Renesas Electronics (Tokyo, Japan) and California Eastern Laboratories (Santa Clara, CA) are now sampling the 405-nm Blue-Violet Laser Diode, the NV4V31MF. The NV4V31MF provides precise laser emission supporting particle measurement, industrial precision measurement including location measurement and surface uniformity detection, holography, lithography, wafer processing equipment, and bio-medical instrumentation. The NV4V31MF provides designers with a Blue-Violet Laser Diode in a 3.8 mm CAN package. The NV4V31MF has an optical output power (CW) of 175mW @ 150mA, peak emission wavelength of 405 nm, and an operating temperature range of 5°C to 85°C.
