Advantech (Cincinnati, OH) introduces the TPC-1780H, a 17” SXGA TFT LCD fanless touch panel PC with an Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPU. The TPC-1780H provides one extension slot, such as RS-422/485, PCI-104, and CAN-bus, to provide data bus extension. There are multiple standard communication ports (three serial ports, two Gigabit Ethernet LANs, four USB 2.0 ports, two PS/2, and one VGA) allowing connectivity with a variety of peripherals. The TPC-1780H supports Microsoft® Windows XP, XP Embedded, CE 5.0, and CE.NET.

The operating temperature range is 0 - 45°C and dimensions are 414mm x 347.5mm x 93mm. Power consumption is 100W typical, and power input is 18 - 32 VDC.
