NVIDA (Santa Clara, CA) has released its new family of NVIDA® Tesla™ processors based on a new graphics processing unit (GPU). The family includes the Tesla™ GPU Computing Processor, which is a computing board that scales to multiple GPUs in a single PC or workstation. It features 128 parallel processors and up to 518 gigaflops of parallel computation.

The Tesla Deskside Supercomputer includes two GPUs, attaches to a PC or workstation through a PCI-Express connection, and delivers up to 8 teraflops of compute power. The Tesla GPU Computing Server is a 1U server housing up to eight GPUs and contains more than 1000 parallel processors.
